I used to the app because it was really easy to use and stop using it because a change my phone number and know when I try to log in the passcode keeps sending it to the old number, I try to contact support but I have got any help. I got all the information to make sure that I’m the owner of the account and I can asure that nobody has log in a while to the account because I was not able. I hope I can get the help I need to be able to log in.

I’ve been with Bitrue for so many years never had major issues. Customer service is always on point and the power piggy option to earn yield top notch. Recommend to everyone who isn’t into crypto.
