Express Waiters

Customer service is non existent, I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for an order that was supposed to arrive in 40 min. I like the tracking feature but it’s frustrating to see my order just being passed to different drivers. Can a driver just bring me my food? 😭 my order should be discounted if it gets to me 3 hours late and is ice cold. *Edit: I gave this app another try, and am disappointed again. Order took way longer than expected, the ETA just kept getting further and further away. My phone number was wrong in the system somehow so the driver couldn’t contact me about my order, but when I tried to check it I couldn’t find anywhere in the app to do that. There are better delivery apps out there, I don’t think I will be back to this one any time soon.

This would be 5 stars if I could pay cash. I wouldn’t doubt express waiters company and employees would make significantly more money if cash was accepted as a payment option as many people simply might not have access to a card, or would like to refrain from using their card.
