I was on with tech-support for one hour trying to troubleshoot why my receiver is not sending a Wi-Fi signal to my phone. It still is not connected. I will update this review if I ever get on board.

I downloaded the app because the remote is a nightmare to use. The app is not much better. Always a connection issue and the sliding bar for the fan speed moves back when you attempt to adjust to a different speed; you must do it several times just to get somewhere close to the speed you want. A fan costs $869 shouldn’t have such an aggregating app. Here is an idea to the genius who design, forget the sliding bar and replace it with a number counter.
