Overview

Features & Capabilities

Tap In is a LIVE group meditation app that invites you to sit with a community rather than alone. Each day features a 10-minute session suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Sessions are conducted live, with teachers guiding shared experiences tied to seasons and world events. The guidance blends science-backed breathwork with imagination-based practices, and a visual pace helps soothe the nervous system.

The app includes daily reminders, a rotating lineup of teachers, timely content, and a unique live experience you can access from your desk, at home, in a cafe, or on a walk. It integrates with the Health app. Studies show that group meditation can reduce stress and conflict—and Tap In emphasizes connection and collective wellbeing so we can accomplish more, together.

I’m not normally into meditation but due to job stress I thought I’d try it. It’s relaxing, 10 minutes is easy to fit in, and the leaders have a nice style that isn’t “woo woo.” I’d consider paying a subscription for this program. Thank you to the developer! (Revised to add - a real-time error reporting mechanism would be nice; had no sound today)
