Overall positive on ease of use, convenience, and low fees, but recurring issues with Face ID, login friction, deposit reliability, feature limitations, and occasional processing errors or confusing design changes undermine the experience.

Pros

Easy-to-use interface with a single-page layout for account information
Very convenient; online deposits and external transfers save trips to the bank
Helpful customer service when issues arise
Low fees or no crazy fees compared to peers
Generally strong online banking experience when features work

Cons

Face ID/login issues: Face ID not working, keeps turning off, or not saving login preference
Mobile deposits and deposits in general sometimes not working reliably
Login friction: need to enter username/password and verification code occasionally
Perceived lack of features / not many features in the app
Occasional processing errors or 'we are having trouble processing your request' messages and design changes causing confusion

Recent reviews

Compared to the previous version of this app I’m not impressed. Difficult and frustrating to try and find things. The view is really busy and overwhelming. My husband and mom both use the same bank and have made the same comments.
