I’m so frustrated! I got this app/device and it worked fine for the first three days - then on the forth day it wouldn’t turn on at all! I’ve done all the changing of the charger, charging over night, doing a hard reset by using a pen on the back of the device and any software updates. Trying to reach out to customer support has not been helpful at all! They tell me to complete the steps I’ve already completed and then once I’ve done all that - they’ve completely ghosted me. To make matters worse, I was right in the middle of my possible fertility/ovulation window! Hoping by sharing my negative reviews that it might get someone’s attention on the PR side to resolve this issue immediately! So disapointed in this company’s customer service platform!!

This app is great but everyday it asks for an update and then freezes when updating. I’ve had to restart my phone, remove the app and redownload it to get it to reset. It’s annoying to deal with every morning.
