Compex Coach

Compex Coach guides you to set training objectives, plan workouts, and receive reminders for your next Compex session. It also makes it easy to share your sessions with friends. Examples of objectives include preparing for a 10km, half-marathon, marathon, cycling race, triathlon, improving core stabilization, increasing muscle volume, improving strength, treating tendinopathy or cervical pain, and preventing cramps.

App features include finding an objective that fits your needs, setting up the plan, showing the right electrode placements with precise images, managing stimulation intensity, and providing full details for each Compex programme (description, usages, effects, intensity, placements). It also explains how muscle stimulation works. This app doesn't control your Compex device and is meant to be used as a standalone companion.
