They don’t help they will transfer your call to 10+ people just to get the same answer and no help got logged out my civic app won’t let me back in told me I have to wait till the bank is open to get help it’s the weekend and I have no money. Don’t recommend this bank

This institution used to be terrific. Not any more. This app is terrible. It’s clunky. Transfer of funds sometimes happens. Usually not. Need a code to verify anything. Time for a real banking institution.

The murder with LGCU was premature. You simply do not have the infrastructure support it. With such limited locations a functional working app is a necessity. please prioritize getting the basics right before expanding because right now a simple Google search will tell you people are infuriated- included
