User Reviews

Praises for accurate readings, long battery life, ease of use, and multi-user support; but widespread Bluetooth, data sync, login, metric accuracy, and integration issues undermine the app experience.
Pros
  • Accurate scale readings that align with professional measurements.
  • Long battery life for the scale.
  • Easy to use.
  • Supports multiple users (family) and easy to share the scale across users.
  • Provides a broad set of body metrics in the app.
Cons
  • Unreliable Bluetooth connectivity and frequent pairing/disconnect issues.
  • Data not stored or history disappears; timestamps/dates can be wrong.
  • Persistent login/logout friction; users must sign in repeatedly and may be forced to log in on each use.
  • Metrics like body fat percentage and WHR are inaccurate or inconsistent and not easily editable.
  • Limited/weak integration with other apps and devices (e.g., Fitbit, Zoe); importing data from other apps is challenging.

Today I opened up the app and stepped on the scale as usual. I weigh every morning. First it returned an Error message saying I didn’t cover the hand electrodes correctly, which seemed strange since I held the bar the same as always. Anyway, I stepped back on the scale and made sure I covered the hand electrodes correctly. It went through the paces as usual but when I looked at the app, it’s all different. I assume it did an update. There was no human body diagram with all the various data for each limb? No worries, I scrolled down for the data details and was surprised that there was nothing except weight BMI and fat! Where did all the other body data go? I was meticulously tracking any and all body changes due to some health issues. I also noticed that the date was incorrect too. Today is Aug 21 but it was showing Aug 19. It seems to have stopped changing the date at that point. What’s going on! I sure hope this is an upgrade glitch and gets fixed ASAP! Otherwise, this scale just turned into another piece of Chinese Junk!

At my height to 5’ 10” and the watch app says that’s 178 inches. Set the watch app to 70” the phone app says I’m 2’5” Scale reads 250 lbs. I watch app says it was 220 lbs. and seldom registers on phone app.
