This has never been a great service. Never dependable, never high-quality video. So what did they do? Raised prices by $75 a year. I canceled. No thank you.

Years of having the service, hundreds of dollars spent, and zero investment in cameras or making the experience better. The last straw is their “Authentication Enhancement” that requires me to put my email and password in every time I log in. I have a premium plan with multiple streams and now have to share passwords regularly with grandparents rather than logging them in once. Clearly a money grab increasing the friction it takes to log in. Parents are now streaming the games because the LiveBarn camera quality is so bad and can’t be used by video analytics platforms. I’ll just watch the parents stream with a 5 year old iPad with vastly superior clarity.
