I regularly make appointments at Dessange in France when I visit - I had no choice but put a French cell number which I can’t use reliably - I cannot change to my non French cell number - they send confirmation texts only to that cell number - you cannot pick email communication for confirmation - they seem to cancel silently appointments when not confirmed - you don’t even see cancelled or to confirm appointments in your account I end up booking appointments that disappear without anyone knowing. Such an inconvenience
