I was told I cannot order the descaling tablet and Duravit’s service partners cannot either. How do we order service parts?

If they did, they would realize the control for the toilet is very sensitive and not clear. They would realize it has not been engineered to prevent accidental resets. Maybe managment is an antisocial lot: they use it, but they do not have house guests to show them how bad it is. I have these 4 of these toilets throughout the apartment. I like them because of their design. However, guests don’t know what they do. The images are somewhat intuitive for the washlet function, but the seat heating is easy to turn off simply because it is not clear what the button does. Same for the spray intensity and water heat. It’s like some software engineer put something out and was done with it. My MBR has Toto, and that is intuitive. I stuck with Duravit as a retrofit for the other 4 toilets because that’s the brand that was already installed—either in wall tanks. Hope someone reads this.
