I’ve had this set for 6 years. With every update it gets worse. Now I have to reset my lights every single day, they turn on how they are suppose to then within hours they just do what they want- very maddening! Overpriced for all the problems! Can’t wait for them to just break and get a new product!!!

You should either give more options or should give customization through app or a pc/Mac application. Get boring with just 6 sets of songs.

Update 12/29/25 so I did not have any issues this year at all. For the people who did here are some suggestions first the WiFi box needs to be as close to the outside as possible (if you need to put it outside then get a Tupperware container drill a hole for the cord and seal that hole with silicone not caulk) second every year I reset the WiFi box and have it sync back up. You never know what has changed. Third and final do not put everything on at once the first time. Do 5-10 first then add a couple each time. If you are having issues with it syncing this is how you will figure it out. As a reminder for everyone reading this, I have had this system since it came out in 2018, every problem you have I have already solved. Is this system perfect not at all be Gemmy has read our complaints and fixed a lot. At one point they were going to get rid of this system because of the complaints. They didn’t and I am thankful. Original 11/1/25 What ever OOL did this year they fixed most of the kinks. I bought a new hub this year and resynced all of my old lights to the new hub. This process took less than 15 minutes. I did this about a month ago and packed everything back up. I bought several new items and started decorating this evening. Everything old and new connected without any issues and looks great. Thank you OOL for doing everything to get it right.
