WHAT'S INSIDE

• Save here stores your current location as a place, so you can keep a pin the moment you arrive.
• Long-press the map to drop a temporary pin, then choose Save place or Copy coordinates.
• Search for an address or place name, paste coordinates, then jump to it or jump and save it.
• Switch between Standard, Hybrid, and Satellite map views to see places the way you prefer.
• Use the compass, scale, pitch toggle, and center on my location control for quicker map browsing.
• See your nearest saved place at the top of the map with distance and a direction arrow.
• Organize saved places with collections, tags, favorites, visited status, and marker colors.
• Search your place list by name, note, address, or category, then filter by Favorites, To visit, or Visited.
• Sort places by Newest or Name, and use category chips and Smart Collection chips for one-tap narrowing.
• Add visit check-ins with notes, attach photos, and keep a timeline for each place.
• Open a saved place in Apple Maps for driving directions, share an Apple Maps link, or copy coordinates.
• Set arrival or departure reminders for a saved place, so your phone can alert you when you get near.
• Export a full backup of your places and restore it later with Replace or Merge.
• Use Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets to see your nearest place, saved counts, and a quick Save here action.
