Once starting the free trial, if you log out the only way to use the app is to start a trial again. I couldn’t log in to cancel. I couldn’t stop payment. My bank started marking this as fraud. This app should have clear access to the login on the home screen. I shouldn’t have to seek customer service in order to find account access. I am frustrated at the loss of $140 since opening the trial. I am confused as to why this was so hard to cancel without customer service.
