Recent reviews

I have had the lack of verified insurance interrupt treatment already in progress. One patient was delayed for several weeks, another’s therapy was completely stopped and this last one I did the initial evaluation on and was not allowed to schedule him and have not been able to return for over a week through no fault of my own and have been asked to discharge him because he hasn’t been seen. The lack of communication from LUNA to me on this cycle has been pathetic. By the time this is resolved, the patient may not want me to return. This is very frustrating.

It has everything I need to provide the best care dor my patients. From communication, scheduling and note taking to concierge, support and even payments. It has made it so easy for me to work with my Luna patients.
