للأسف، تجربتي مع تطبيق المجموعة لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع لعام 2025. • بطء في استجابة الأسعار: التطبيق يعاني من تأخير ملحوظ في تحديث أسعار الأسهم، مما يؤثر على اتخاذ القرار الفوري أثناء التداول. • واجهة قديمة: تصميم الواجهة لا يواكب المعايير الحديثة لتطبيقات التداول، ويحتاج إلى إعادة تصميم شامل ليتناسب مع تجربة المستخدم الحالية. • قراءة الرسوم البيانية ضعيفة: الرسوم البيانية للأسهم بدائية جدًا، وتفتقر للخيارات المتقدمة التي أصبحت أساسية في تطبيقات السوق المالي. • نسخة الويب غير فعالة: الواجهة على المتصفح قديمة جدًا ولا تعمل بالشكل المطلوب، مما يفقد المستخدمين وسيلة بديلة للدخول للمحفظة أو متابعة السوق. • عدم وضوح العمولة: لا يتم توضيح قيمة العمولة بشكل مباشر عند تنفيذ عمليات البيع أو الشراء، وأتمنى إضافتها بشكل واضح وشفاف داخل التطبيق. التطبيق بحاجة لتحديثات شاملة ليتماشى مع تطلعات المستخدمين في السوق القطري والخليجي
