Where are the titles and the dial so I can choose what works for me? Why use the term “sheep”? I am just so confused.

Recently purchased the headphones and was suggested I download the app. Like another review all I get is a wheel and tutorial but have no idea whether or where the sleep sounds are on this graph. It also doesn’t seem to track my statistics. The last revision was 2 years ago so really don’t know if anyone is continuing to develop sounds as described.
