Poor UX and navigation with frustrating map controls (you can’t move the map effectively, and the map can spin/dizzy).
GPS/start-point issues and limited driving directions (the app sometimes forces driving directions only and starts you in the wrong location).
Reliability problems with progression (trips can fail to restart from a stop and may loop back to the intro).
Narration quality varies across tours (pronunciation issues in some tours and weak historical content in others).

Recent reviews

The map and audio features worked perfectly. The directions and count of the stops got mixed up after we made a wrong turn, but we were able to complete the tour using the directions on the map.

Tours are not free. We paid $14.99 for ours in the app. A true ripoff of lousy tech and AI scripted generic information from Google. The app will not self adjust route properly for detours, wrong turns etc. The app picks up the closest waypoint and proceeds to it based on proximity regardless of whether the user has already been there. So, for example, when moving from waypoint 5 to 6 we were diverted for construction. Because the reroute took us close to previous point 3 the navigation simply took us to waypoint 4. The map is horrible for adjustments and lacks stable zoom and suffers from poor visibility. There’s no ability to skip to a different waypoint. The “to your right stands historical location” was wrong almost every time. We eventually gave up on our tour.
