The app does not seem to be connected with the county website. No response at all so in the end you need to call or email to schedule inspections.

I no longer can see any of the information put into the permits page. This app has worked fine for my iPhone 7 from its inception until this last update. Apparently I am the only person in Washoe County with this issue. I have deleted this app and have re-downloaded it several times. My iPhone software is up to date and I have restarted my phone several times. This is a very important tool for communication with the building department. Can you please identify the issue and repair as needed ASAP?
