This app is great at giving you information about specific rivers and streams, but it’s incredibly difficult and frustrating to find cities, lakes and highways. Not sure what it is, but on Google Maps, I have no issues. On this app…good luck. As an example, I am going to Stanley Idaho next month and would like to know what streams are available in the area. Problem is, it’s almost impossible to find Stanley on the map. I won’t be renewing my subscription unless this is remedied. It would be so much better to also be able to search by city or town. I reached out to support with no response.

Thank you Trout Routes, the directions solved my problem. Your response to my Help Request was very prompt. So I changed my rating to Five Stars. ISSUE - Paid for the annual subscription and Apple Apps shows that is so. Yet when I go to use Trout Routes it is always requesting that I upgrade from the basic level. Then when it I oblige the program to upgrade it, it reports I have already subscribed. His has happened multiple times. There is no HELP access on the app to try and take care of problems. I finally found the Contact Information out side of the app on your web site. Your directions solved the issue. Thanks!!!!
