I just updated my app and it’s not working

While LifeLock appears to offer great services, the app is difficult to navigate. Also, When you want to contact them, the AI chatbot in the app can’t understand the simplest of questions. When it finally connects you to a live person to chat, after a long wait, they aren’t much better. I am often left ignored and end the chat. I’m very disappointed in the app and customer service.
