This is terribly confusing. I opened a tastyfx US account through tastytrade, and struggled for months on how to access it. Turns out it’s only through the desktop browser. No app access! This is horrible and scammy behavior. The tastyfx support FAQ is practically useless. Omitting this critical distinction from support instructions and marketing communications is basically false advertising. I’ve submitted a complaint to the NFA!
