However, repeated issues overwhelm the experience: frequent crashes and slow startup, sign-in/authentication hassles with potential loss of history, broken or absent test-strip reading features, missing/weak features (calendar for changes, product ordering), and privacy nagware. Improvements in stability, persistence, and feature parity are needed.

This app sucks

I always use the app and have never had a problem understanding the instructions on how to fix my water. UNTIL NOW. this time it says “.75 FROG DropH Alkalinity and ph decreaser”. Does that mean .75 of each? And why did you change from Alkalinity Increaser? That’s what I was told to use when I bought the hot tub years ago. technology is great but it’s interesting when companies change these just to change them.

Nice that the app records water testing history but what would make the app even better is if it recorded & kept a history of water change interval dates
