User Reviews

Users value the app for caregiver sharing and reminders, but recurring issues include editing logs, post-update usability, unreliable reminders, and data loss after updates, along with price concerns. Addressing editing workflows, stable notifications, and data preservation could improve overall satisfaction.
Pros
  • Supports multiple caregivers tracking medications on separate devices, enabling coordinated care.
  • Strong reminders and dose timing help ensure medications are given on schedule.
  • Consolidates health information and caregiver notes in one place.
Cons
  • Difficult to edit or correct entries after saving; can't easily adjust a saved dose and skipping doses is painful.
  • UI and navigation degrade after updates, making the app feel clunky and less intuitive, with some crashes.
  • Notifications and dose-logging are unreliable; doses may not be added, or reminders may fail to trigger.
  • Data loss after updates (scheduled meds or episodes can disappear) raises serious usability concerns.
  • Price and monetization concerns, with pro features often seen as too expensive or changed from previous versions.

I used this app with my first child back in 2022 and have not used it the new updates. My five month old has a double ear infection and I wanted to use the app again to track his medicine but was having trouble with it. I emailed customer service and the developer worked with me back and forth to get my app up and running again. I cannot recommend this enough to others with little o es!

There are a number of medication trackers out there for adults but I needed one that allowed multiple people to track administering meds since he was not able to do it for himself. This allowed all of my Dad’s family caretakers to track things on their own phones and to see what was going on when they were away. It allowed us all to feel connected during his final days. It would have been nice to hide all the parts we weren’t using and just see the medication timers but I was grateful to have something that worked.

I just have one issue with this app. If I mistakenly select Acetaminophen instead of Ibuprofen, and save, I am not allowed to edit it.
