User reviews show the PURE360 Lifestyle app suffers from stability and reliability problems after the update: frequent crashes, loading failures, and difficulty opening the app. Booking, waitlists, and login-related features are often broken, with limited in-app password reset. The new UI is criticized for being crowded and hard to navigate, with many users longing for the older version.

Frequent crashes and instability, including crashes on launch, during login, and while booking.
App often fails to open or gets stuck on loading screens, requiring reinstallation or repeated attempts to start.
Booking and class management are unreliable: cannot reserve classes, waitlists do not reliably update, and calendar items fail to generate.
Login and password reset issues: users cannot log in reliably and in-app password reset is unavailable (staff intervention sometimes required).
UI/UX changes in the new 360 version are confusing and degrade usability; many would prefer the old version back.

Recent reviews

Hardly opens and when it does your are forced to navigate a terrible user interface with many irrelevant things. Classes are harder to find and look at in an organized fashion. Sometimes less is more when it comes to functional design. I implore the devs to admit to themselves they made a terrible mistake and change it back as soon as possible.
