Recent reviews

Keeps telling me I don’t have an active membership. I’ve called several Y locations and nobody can figure it out. Kind of makes the community plus membership not worth it - I can book child care but without a guaranteed spot in a class that is kind of irrelevant. It’s been weeks and I can’t get anyone to help, very frustrating.

My membership reflects differently in the app for what I actually pay at the Y, thus not allowing me to use features I pay for. And good luck trying to recover a password or create a new account; the app never sends you a pin.
