Simply, the app does not work. As the member of an app dev team, Apple didn’t used to let this kind of garbage on the App Store.

Maybe you already need a loyalty card to create an account. Either that or the app is just plain broken, because you have to have a user account to use it, and I could’ve get it to create one for me
