User Reviews

Many ViHealth iOS reviews highlight crashes on launch, flaky Bluetooth connections, and data syncing problems after updates. Login and account handling, including guest mode, add friction. While some users enjoy fast data transfers and clear sleep graphs offline, there is a strong demand for Apple Health integration, alarms for SPO2 drops, and improved support. The top positives are reliability when the app works and informative visualizations; the top negatives are stability, connectivity, and missing features.
Pros
  • Clear sleep graphs and quick data transfer when the app is working.
  • Offline usage: does not require an Internet account to function.
  • Reliable hardware/Bluetooth when connected, and useful for monitoring sleep health (e.g., sleep apnea, epilepsy).
  • Valuable tool for at-home health monitoring with Wellue O2 Ring S device when functioning properly.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes on launch or after updates render the app unusable.
  • Bluetooth pairing/connectivity issues with the O2 Ring and other devices, causing frequent disconnects or failed connections.
  • Data download/sync problems after updates: downloads start/stop or fail to complete.
  • Login/account issues (error messages, guest mode blocking pairing, persistent login prompts).
  • Missing essential features: lack of Apple Health integration, no SPO2 alarm, limited focus mode options, and perceived poor customer support.
Recent reviews
Thus software tells you little practical information. O2 stats, but you need to submit the readings to AI to make any meaningful sense out of them. Eire is the paid subscription. Utter, valueless garbage. Tells you nothing useful.

The app used to work fine with my Wellue ring, and it kind of works with my new O2Ring S, but it no longer creates a usable binary export file that will properly import into Oscar or Oscar2.0. With Oscar it immediately crashes the program, and with Oscar2.0, it seems to import, but the data is not there.
