I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had using this app. I placed a $1,000 bet on a basketball game. At the start of the 4th quarter, within the first few minutes, the team I bet on was up by 3 points. I tried to cash out for $1,244, but the app would not let me. It kept giving me errors every time I attempted to cash out. I restarted my phone, logged out and back into the app multiple times, and still couldn't cash out. By the time I was finally able to access everything, the game had turned around and my team lost, costing me the entire $1,000. Losing a bet is part of gambling, and I can accept that when it's because of the outcome of the game. What I can't accept is losing because your app failed when I was trying to cash out. To make things worse, customer support was completely useless. I contacted live chat, called customer service, submitted a report, and sent emails. Every email response took about 24 hours and the replies were vague, unhelpful, and never actually addressed the issue. The phone support was rude and couldn't provide any answers. This wasn't just a bad betting experience—it was a complete failure of your platform and customer service. If your app can't reliably process cash-outs, then customers are taking risks they never agreed to. Absolutely unacceptable

STRAIGHT TRASH APP. Always freezes. Sometimes it’ll take 15-20 tries to open and close the app to be able to deposit $ because app freezes so much. I’ve lost track how many times I have to delete the app and reinstall just for it to continue to freeze every 20 seconds. One of worst apps on the App Store. Highly recommend using any other sports betting app.

They voided my bets for no good reason. They said I committed fraud when I bet on both teams and they took away my bonus’s. Then on top of that the customer support agent ended the chat on me when I was asking him questions about it! I am unhappy about this . But I will say that they didn’t just steal my money so that’s good .
