Recent reviews

First time using ShelterPoint & can’t. The App is blank, I even deleted it and started again. How do I get answers, I know to call but can’t always get through. I have an iPhone like some others. Please help

This is a terrible app. I’m able to login but can’t view anything on the app. When I try to view any different page from the menu it force closes the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

This app is horrible. If it doesn’t crash as soon as you log in, all of the pages are blank. The website isn’t any better either. They don’t update anything until you constantly email them for an update. Even then they just give you a generic response.
