Am able to rack up points but all of a sudden for a few months now cannot redeem, merchant sends me code to same # I’ve had since 2001. Phone settings haven’t changed. How do I get this working?? Tried to install app to no avail - unable to receive code to my phone to verify cell #. Help. I have rewards I’d like to redeem. Will change review upon satisfactory resolution of this issue.
