Recent reviews

The app charges you 100% more than just buying tickets at the station. Plus you can’t always collect the tickets at the station when you arrive due to the station’s rules. So I spent 32 pounds for two tickets that I couldn’t collect, then just spent 13 pounds for two tickets at the station. Then they refuse to refund.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but they told me the wrong place to get onto the train and are refusing to refund me without taking multiple hours if I could leave zero stars, I would just buy your check ticket at the train station. You’ll be better off for it.
