I’ve had the card for just over two months now. Like the physical card and the app was pretty good until this forced update. Now the app opens begins to show information and then crashes. Tried rebooting the phone but still doesn’t work. Now in need of some help here! Update: The newest version requires iOS 16.2. Okay but why disable the old version. I purposely don’t update the iOS and now have an older phone that will no longer work. Result - I no longer have access to my account!

Love this app for finance and rewards

I had open this app a month ago and I regret it. So I have contacted their support and no one got back to me. In order to reopen and unfreeze your account you have to be at location where open the account Which IS ridiculous!!!!! The phone number I called when I had an issue it was a hacker!!!!! Now I dealing with James Watson their support IT guy who is trying to help but still cannot!!!
