Happy to update my review when fixed, but seriously feel this heating issue is a non-starter. Love this app, and my kids do too. But I’m afraid to use it for the nearly immediate heating of any device we run it on happening. Seemingly perhaps causing initially connectivity issues as it slows down maybe some phone/iPad components? But surely not interested in causing repeated heat damage to my phone, and can absolutely not recommend this to grandparents for use — especially if I’m unsure whether they have an aftermarket battery installed or something even a little more risky for heat damage. Please fix! A good app that my kids also enjoy. But two installs: two devices overheating. No thanks for now.

The app introduced ads and it’s a terrible design choice. There should not be a free tier supported by intrusive ads. Approaching a predatory business model, in my view, because it’s an app for kids.
