I enjoy using the conference but it no longer gives an accurate count of participants.

I’m only giving 1 star because the service works for me. HOWEVER, it does not work for other members of my group. I have repeatedly reach out for help via email because I can not locate a number to call. Certain networks can not access this service. I am paying regular fees to provide a conference line for my group to access and for some reason there is a block. I have asked for alternate numbers or an explanation as to why it is not working and have NEVER received a response. I’ve been using this service (as best I can) since 2020. Once I find another a better accommodating service, Conference Now will be history 👎🏽
