I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Rentomojo’s customer support. The customer care executives are quite rude and do not respond in a timely manner. When I called regarding a simple request to reschedule my product return by just two days (since we won’t be available), the response was not helpful at all. They kept saying that the delivery team will call and only then can it be handled. When I asked what happens if I miss the call or if they don’t call at all, they simply repeated the same answer instead of providing a clear solution. They also didn’t mentioned that rescheduling can be done through the app, and conversation itself felt very rude and dismissive. For a simple request, the experience should have been much smoother. I hope Rentomojo improves the professionalism and responsiveness of their customer support team.
