Users appreciate DCAC Events as an all-in-one hub for the conference—schedules, maps, attendee info, and a place to take notes and submit evaluations. It helps organizers stay organized and reduces reliance on paper. However, the app is repeatedly criticized for stability and performance: frequent crashes, freezes, and automatic sign-outs; slow loading times and slow evaluation flows; login/verification issues; and navigation challenges during peak usage.

The app is terrible and buggy, it crashes or freezes all the time and you have to completely shut it down and restart. Then when you restart it takes awhile for the messages to load in. There’s also no feature to see sent messages and the message string looks more like an email thread instead of a conversation. Could go on and on but instead I’ll say the conference team should spend the money to partner with the Whova app. It has all of the features that this app has but it is way more stable and easy to use.
