Good to see HK banks catching up to QR code payment. When it works, it’s fast and convenient. But while other BOCHK products have been reliable in Mainland China, BOCPAY only successfully generated payment QR code half the time I used it in HK, ironically. Just waited over a minute with a line behind me, the app failed to make a QR code to pay, and I had to use a Western payment product instead, which worked immediately. Very frustrating. Please fix the app for your own home region!!!
