Users like the ability to book tee times online, but the app is frequently buggy and unreliable for modifying reservations. Login persistence and access issues frustrate frequent users. UI glitches and poor support routing compound frustrations, and course data is often sparse. Overall, it’s a city-led step forward that provides basic booking features but needs heavy polish and more complete information.

Reliability issues when modifying reservations (e.g., moving date or reducing players) requiring a phone call.

Support path is poor — direct numbers redirect to an overseas call center.
Content gaps: limited course info/photos and incomplete features (cannot enter player card info).

Recent reviews

This app used to work pretty well. But recently it has frequently failed when I’ve attempted to use the feature to move a reservation to a different date or the feature to reduce the number of players for an existing reservation. It then just says that I’d need to phone them to accomplish either task. But other times it still works. They need to fix this to consistently operate.

They list direct phone numbers to the courses but they redirect them to a call center somewhere overseas and then they have to try to get a hold of the course!!!! Absolutely asinine and typical of LA to do such a stupid thing
