Recent reviews

I’m a retired LPL rep. I’m used to using websites. This app leaves a lot to be desired. It overwhelms you with info but it doesn’t make it easy to sort through. I asked to look at a statement for a specific account. It gives me all my wife and my account statements for the month in question. Maybe there’s a way to get more granular but it’s not apparent. Now I know why clients who had access to this app still called me with questions.

I get using red numbers to indicate negative. But app inconsistently also adds the minus sign. A minus sign is mathematically correct and allows colorblind to easy understand the numbers. For example, main home page doesn’t show the “-“ sign, but the Balances page does. Both numbers are red (I’m told).
