Once you download this application, you may register at our website www.aster.com.qa for the welcome kit. Your welcome kit should reach you in 24 hours (if it is not a week end), by email. Once you create the username and password you can use this application from your phone.

Our iOS UI interface for appointment scheduling is easy to use keeping in mind about the non-computer savvy users.

Appointment scheduling involves four easy steps:

• Login to Aster with your user name and password.
• Search your/dependent name and select Doctor from your menu.
• Select Date and Time.
• Book Appointment.

Important information you must know when you take online appointment:

• Appointment for any doctor any clinic is possible for 120 slots from the time you browse Select Date and Time.
• Current session appointment is possible subject to availability.
• If the card holder fails to reschedule/cancel the appointment the validity of the card will be cancelled with immediate effect.
• Rescheduling is possible from this app.
• Rescheduling or cancellation confirmation will be given by SMS.
