The Official Prado Guide

The App of the official Prado Guide is the best way to enjoy the Museum from anywhere you wish. It is intended for visitors and for anyone interested in discovering the collection of one of the world’s most important art galleries.

This is the ideal guide for understanding, learning about and enjoying the Museo del Prado’s classical European art collections, spanning centuries of history, from the Roman era sculptures to Sorolla’s 19th century painting. A collection fruit of the Spanish monarchy’s penchant for collecting art; Velázquez, Goya, Tiziano, Bosch, Raphael… indisputable masters and iconic works such as Las Meninas or The Garden of Earthly Delights.

Including a selection of over 400 artworks, commented by the institution’s curators and leading specialists for discovering and revelling in their details masterpieces from across art history. The App includes free-of-charge access to 10 masterpieces and the introduction to the different schools of the Collection.
