When I first down loaded I’m sure it worked but then one day it just stopped it starts opening but shuts down immediately... I’ve removed and reinstalled but same thing happens

3 of us went to Texas Steakhouse & Saloon on Saturday, evening February 22 at Staunton, Virginia, 24401. We were looking forward to going, since we hadn’t been there for awhile. We had to wait but looking forward to enjoying our meal. Finally we were escorted to our table Without silverware. Waitress comes to take our order. Nice enough she was. We order steak, salad Bake potatoe & macorni & cheese. We order onion petals for appetizer. She brought our drinks and hot rolls. No plates, no silverware. No appetizer. One of us got up to go for silverware and brought it back to our table. Finally a gentlemen brought our main meal and we had not received our appetizer or salad. Had not seen our waitress for refill or see if we needed anything. Manager came to table about our situation. We explain we had yet to receive our appetizer or salad. Manager said he was going to make it up to us. The manager brought our salad to us. Only one accepted, The meal was served completely reversed. Steak was good. We finally got onion petals after meal . Guess what, cold as could be. I ask waitress to take onion petals and bring hot ones. Well guess what, we finally got onion petals it had been put right back in the oil and so soggy and still barely warm and we could not even eat them. The Manager who was going to take care of this mess never even show up. In other words we pay for small a piece of steak, bk potato which came to $ 55.00. This is such a shame to ruin the reputation for a restaurant who used to be you knew you where going to be serve like waitress or waiters really care and your food was so good, you look forward to the next time .

I have deleted and added this app over 10 times. App opens and then closes. Hasn’t worked for months.
