User Reviews

Users praise the app for ease of use, strong stickers/gradients, and mood-board-friendly workflow, plus good value. Common downsides include ads in the paid app, a degraded text tool, missing snap/alignment features, layering difficulties, and a smaller-than-expected asset library.
Pros
  • Easy to use with an intuitive interface.
  • Rich library of stickers, gradients, and filters that fit vaporwave aesthetics.
  • Great for collage creation and ensuring Instagram-ready crops.
  • Good value; premium features are worth the price.
  • Aesthetically pleasing design and mood-board friendly workflow.
Cons
  • Intrusive ads despite having paid for the app.
  • Text tool/update is significantly worse; removal of customization options (borders, colors, 3D style) compared to older versions.
  • Missing snap/alignment/grid tools; no magnetic snap feature.
  • Layer management is awkward; lack of a layer selector/lock makes selecting overlapping items difficult.
  • Asset library is smaller than expected; 200+ built-ins aren’t accessible and categories feel limited.

It’s a really handy and useful collage app for me beyond just vaporwave memery and stuff AND it works great for making sure your images are cropped right for Instagram. Things I would like More fonts that are like signature album cover fonts, I use a lot of those in procreate when I’m done editing what I can in this app. A “magnetic snap” feature when positioning an image or sticker. I like Freeform, but when I use layering to make a frame, I just want it to snap in the middle, same with the object I drew that goes in the center. And last, Would like a “layer selecter” Sometimes a sticker will be over another, but it’s extremely hard to pick the one I need without causing the other to be selected. I don’t need to lose that feature, but it would be cool if there was a “locked mode” where I can easily switch between objects and position their layer where I want it. Keep it up y’all! This is the best vapor wave image maker on the AppStore And is just a handy tool all around

The new text option is terrible compared to the older one. There were so many options. I really miss the ability to select the size of the text border, or the 3d style lettering. Every single text option looks the same. With most of them, you can’t even change the colors. I like that new backgrounds were added, but the new text generator absolutely killed it for me. Please re-consider bringing back the older one.

I know the last update was years ago but some snap tools like alignment, or a grid to work on
