Recent reviews

I’ve tried both the regular and pro versions and both behave the same when an alert notification is given. The alert shows on the screen, but there is no sound with the alert. The device is armed, sound is checked under the iOS app settings for the v380 app. I’m not sure why there is no sound or vibration playing with the alert notification from the app, but it is greatly needed. Running iOS 26.03
