Update: I commented on their social media, and only then did someone respond on instagram and forward my information to support, and despite me already having 3 tickets open, instantly after that my card was issued and I got a template response and 1 of the 3 tickets was closed. So this had nothing to do with a merchant issue or what, I have no idea. I do not believe they actually have a support team checking their tickets or requests. Which is why i believe there have been so many users saying the same thing, we are getting no responses to our tickets. I have no clue what is going on with this company but something is deeply wrong with its operating model. This is the 2nd time now that I received a card but it never processed on time. And it only ever processed when I reached out to support, now I have reached out to support and have gotten no response. It’s been multiple days. Terrible customer service. And basically useless since I can’t even use the card I was gifted.
