1 star The new WhatsApp update is one of the worst decisions they’ve made. The app always stood out for being simple, intuitive, and focused on messaging. With these changes, the experience becomes more confusing, and the platform loses the essence that made it popular in the first place. Many of us users didn't ask for these modifications. Instead of adding features that clutter the interface, it would be better to focus on improving performance, stability, and privacy, as well as fixing existing bugs. I hope they listen to their community and reconsider this update. Not every change represents an improvement.

The app has been an amazing partner but it crashed 2 weeks ago and would not open even even after reinstalling. This caused me huge business losses and credibility.
