MyCOBenefits is a secure mobile app that helps Colorado residents manage SNAP and cash assistance from your phone. Sign in with PEAK credentials, apply for benefits, upload verification documents, save drafts, and view your current EBT card balance and transactions. You can register for PEAK through the app or at colorado.gov/PEAK.

The app keeps you up to date with recertification, changes to your household, and upcoming redeterminations. It also helps you locate nearby Human/Social Services offices and Workforce Centers on a map, view appointments, request supportive payments, and access SNAP-Ed resources including tips and Cooking Matters Colorado classes. For security, never share your username and password.

You never keep up with the iPhone updates and the app has been borderline unusable for months now. Keyboards block input and there is no way to adjust it. There is no successful way to send feedback in the app because that section is broken too.

App won’t even load. It’s stuck on the blue nature photo and nothing else

My Card is frozen since someone stole the money a few months back so now I freeze it after I use it every time. So here I am with my groceries and the dang app is frozen. I can’t even get in to unfreeze my card to use it… I restarted my phone that did not help. Tried to update that wasn’t even an option
