This app is complete trash. It simply doesn’t work at all. I try scanning the barcode and it tells me to make sure I’m connected to the internet or cell data and, of course I’m connected! Garbage, pure garbage.

This is app is the most frustrating experience I have ever had simply trying to pay a bill. One star is not low enough.

The only thing the app really does is explain your bill…which is self explanatory. It’s even worse if you call Meduit because their customer service agents are taught to do the exact same thing. Reading me my bill and not resolving my issue is NOT customer service!
